Job summary

Alexandria Moulding, a SBP Brand, is seeking a Material Handler to support warehouse operations in Kentucky. The role focuses on receiving, staging, moving items with powered equipment and ensuring accuracy with production work orders.

You will operate forklifts (stand-up or sit-down), swing-reach, and order picker, complete daily equipment inspections, and help maintain a safe, tidy dock and inventory area. Pay is $18.00–$19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Four+ years related experience with powered industrial trucks.
• Certification on equipment such as order picker, forklift, swing-reach or scissor lift.

Responsibilities

Job description

Alexandria Moulding, an SBP Brand is currently looking for a Material Handler to join our VALUES-based organization. In this role you will focus on:

Responsibilities:

• Receive, pick, stage load or return correct warehouse items using equipment as required

• Uses automated picker machines to select and move units as available

• Read production work orders and scan and stage material accordingly. Inspect for accuracy.

• Use equipment to load product on delivery trucks when required

• Move any damaged or non-conforming items to the appropriate area for reclaim or return to vendor

• Use of sit-down or standup forklift, swing-reach and/or order picker required as well as maintenance of appropriate certification

• Perform daily inspections of powered industrial equipment and report maintenance issues to supervisor

• View orders or product in inventory system to assist with daily tasks and troubleshoot issues
• Conduct all activities in a safe manner, adhering to company safety standards
• Meet standards for quality as set forth by the company by inspecting product as received, pulled and/or loaded

• Assure proper housekeeping and organization on the docks and warehouse aisles

Qualifications: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

Experience: Four plus years related experience and previous certifications on powered industrial trucks.
