Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin is seeking a Material Handler for a weekend shift on-site. The role involves working Friday to Sunday, 6:00am–6:30pm, totaling 36 hours per week with pay for 40 hours.

You will inspect, fulfill, ship, kit, and move materials; maintain physical inventory and records; and schedule work in designated areas. Candidates should have an associate degree or equivalent, 1–2 years in materials or distribution, strong warehouse software

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically 1–2 years of experience in materials and/or distribution.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management applications and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English and the local language.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, order fulfil, ship, kit, and move materials.
• Maintain physical inventory and records using material tracking systems.
• Schedule work in designated operations areas.
• Support basic-to-intermediate transactional processes and run inventory control transactions in IT systems.
• Identify functional process anomalies and seek guidance for resolution.
• Conduct routine maintenance and daily collection of inventory statistics.

This role is onsite; you will primarily work from an HPE office.

Shift & Hours

Shift time: 6:00am–6:30pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Work 36hours per week; paid for 40hours.

Job Family

Accountable for development, planning, execution, and management of activities related to materials and inventory control, including logistics coordination, shipping/receiving, distribution, storage, and cycle counting programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain physical inventory and records using material tracking systems.
• Schedule work in designated operations areas.
• Support basic‑to‑intermediate transactional processes and run inventory control transactions in IT systems.
• Identify functional process anomalies and seek guidance for resolution.
• Conduct routine maintenance and daily collection of inventory statistics.
