Electronic Assembly (2nd shift)
This role has been designed as “Onsite” with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE partner/customer office.

Responsibilities
- Execute activities in production area(s) to meet production, quality, cost, and predictability goals.
- Perform general manufacturing tasks such as basic assembly, installation or processing of components, subsystems, or systems; operating basic hand tools and assigned production or manufacturing machinery; compiling data for reports.
- Follow detailed documentation and instructions to execute a variety of process‑oriented tasks such as assembling, inspecting, or advanced rack building.
- Identify simple to complex improvement areas and seek limited guidance for resolution.
- Support the training of new employees.
- Support quality assurance; audit materials and builds for quality assurance.
- Control and use machinery and tools; choose correct processes and programs to run, e.g., pulling queries and executing appropriate assignments.
- Assist with products well into maturity life‑cycle.
- Coordinate tasks within a team.
- Understand and execute to customer expectations, e.g., Customer to Order (CTO) expectations.
Education and Experience Required
- Associate degree or relevant manufacturing experience preferred.
- 2–4years of experience in manufacturing operations preferred.
Knowledge and Skills
- Fluency in English and local language.
- Very strong mathematics and reading comprehension skills.
- Demonstrated physical capability (manual dexterity).
- Excellent understanding of how to navigate tools and procedures.
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Very strong teamwork and coordination skills.
- Strong multitasking ability.
- Strong technical knowledge specific to business function and segment.
- Basic computer software skills.
- U.S. citizenship required.

Pay Range
USD Hourly: $15.14–$32.45. Actual offer may vary by location, experience, education, and skill level. Variable incentives may be offered.
