Job summary

Current Shift: Rotating Weekly Between: 4:00am – 4:30pm Monday – Thursday and 4:00am-4:30pm Monday – Wednesday
Overtime may be required.

KEITH Walking Floor Systems provide horizontal loading/unloading solutions for bulk materials, pallets, bales and rolls. The company’s state-of-the‑art production facility in Madras, Oregon operates using Lean Manufacturing practices. We are seeking high performance team members with a commitment to quality work with a positive attitude.

Essential Functions

• Move controls to drive gasoline-or electric powered-trucks, tractors or forklifts, side loader and transport material between loading, processing, manufacturing, and storage areas; load, unload, transport, and stack material.
• Deliver finished parts to storage locations.
• Provide raw materials as needed for production processes.
• Perform routine maintenance on vehicles: cleaning, fueling, or recharging batteries.
• Arrivals at work, meetings, and appointments, and other work-related functions on time and as scheduled.
• Operates various machinery in the area.
• Meets agreed upon manufacturing goals on time.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Able to communicate in English with team members (Speak and reading, writing ability required.)
• May be required to pass employer performance tests including pre-employment drug screening.
• Previous experience preferred but not necessary.
• Ability and willingness to follow directions as well as the ability to work independently requiring little or no supervision.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high‑pressure environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.

Working Conditions

• Exposure to continual noise daily from machines.
• Perform tasks in multi-temperature environments indoors and outdoors.

Physical Requirements

• Able to sit or stand for 10 to 12 hours at a time.
