Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED
• Associate’s degree preferred
• 2-3 years manufacturing experience
• Availability for 7am - 7pm, 12-hour rotating shifts
• Previous forklift experience required
• Basic computer skills
• Good time management and dependability

Essential Duties and Tasks:

• Operate and be certified on powered industrial trucks
• Load/unload trucks, inspect trailers, verify shipping documents
• Handle raw materials and finished goods, maintain inventory, and keep equipment in good condition
• Follow safety and inspection protocols, manage inventory using FIFO, and document outbound loads
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
