Job summary

Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking a Material Handler/Utility Compounder to support a busy manufacturing operation in Neptune, NJ. The role involves moving raw materials from the warehouse to the production floor and transporting finished products to the staging area, ensuring a steady flow of materials and minimal downtime.

This 12-hour rotating shift runs 6:30pm–7am, with every other weekend a 3-day weekend and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience with scanning and moving materials.
• 2+ years in manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Able to stand and walk for a 12-hour shift.
• Experience using scanners, pallet jacks, and material-handling equipment.
• Attention to detail and safety.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials from the warehouse to the production floor.
• Move finished products to the staging area for shipment.
• Keep machines and production areas stocked to prevent downtime.
• Scan materials and verify information.
• Operate pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment.
• Support changeovers and line clearances.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following FIFO and GMP.
