Job summary

Amgen North Carolina (ANC) is seeking a Material Handler in the Manufacturing Associate role to support 24/7 operations. The position covers picking, delivering, and stocking cGMP materials in a 12-hour 2-2-3 shift from 5:45am to 6:15pm, with emphasis on safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include using SAP and MES for routine transactions, managing inventory, operating PIVs and forklifts, and maintaining accurate records while collaborating with peers.

Qualifications

• High School/GED + 2 years manufacturing and/or regulated environment experience.
• Associate’s Degree + 6 months manufacturing and/or regulated environment experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree required or preferred depending on role.

Responsibilities

• Pick, deliver, and stock cGMP materials and general consumables.
• Use SAP/MES to complete routine transactions and verify cGMP records.
• Operate PIVs and forklift equipment to move materials safely.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and adhere to SOPs and CFR requirements.
