Job summary

Todd Technologies Inc LLC is seeking a production technician to support assembly operations in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes reliability, adherence to safety rules, and accurate record-keeping as part of daily production workflow.

The ideal candidate is able to stand for 8 hours, lift up to 60 lbs, drive a boxed truck with a clean record, and learn forklift operations with provided training. Join a growing startup with development opportunities.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Eligible for work in the US.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Prefer 1–2 years of work experience.
  • Must be able to read, write and have basic computer skills.
  • Good hand eye coordination.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Must be able to work standing for 8 hours.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Must be punctual.
  • Follow all plant and departmental safety rules and regulations.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical.

Responsibilities

  • To perform any of the various assembly functions as assigned by production supervisor.
  • Works in quality conscious and safe manner
  • Ability to perform work at process speed and/or standard rates.
  • Advises production supervisor with any problems with tools, equipment, fixtures, materials, or setup operator.
  • Maintains daily product log.
  • Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned by the production supervisor.
  • Keeps workstation and surrounding area clean.
  • Maintain all assigned tools.
  • Any other duties are required by management.
  • Pull and prepare parts for the production cycle
  • Have the ability to drive a 24foot box truck, no CDL is required but a clean driving record is a must.
  • Training will be provided for driving our forklifts.
