Job summary

TODD TECHNOLOGIES INC LLC is seeking a production technician to join our dynamic startup environment in Boulder, CO. The role supports operations, follows company policies, and contributes to a positive work atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, flexible, and capable of handling fast-paced changes while maintaining safety and quality standards. No CDL required for truck duties; training will be provided for forklifts.

Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational and communication skills.
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to read/write.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform various assembly functions as assigned by production supervisor.
• Work in a quality-conscious and safe manner.
• Maintain daily product log and cleanliness of workstation.
• Advise supervisor with issues with tools, equipment or setup.
• Pull and prepare parts for the production cycle.
• Drive a 24-foot box truck with a clean driving record (no CDL required).
• Training will be provided for driving forklifts.
• Follow all plant and departmental safety rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• To perform any of the various assembly functions as assigned by production supervisor.
• Works in quality conscious and safe manner
• Ability to perform work at process speed and/or standard rates.
• Advises production supervisor with any problems with tools, equipment, fixtures, materials, or setup operator.
• Maintains daily product log.
• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned by the production supervisor.
• Keeps workstation and surrounding area clean.
• Maintain all assigned tools.
• Any other duties are required by management.
• Pull and prepare parts for the production cycle
• Have the ability to drive a 24foot box truck, no CDL is required but a clean driving record is a must.
• Training will be provided for driving our forklifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Eligible for work in the US
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Prefer 1-2 years of work experience.
• Must be able to read, write and have basic computer skills.
• Good hand eye coordination
