Overview

Operator II (Stand Up Lift Driver) role at Techtronic Industries - TTI. Location: Wellford, SC. This position supports a large-scale distribution facility with competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Operate lifts equipment following Distribution Center Safety Guidelines
• Follow inbound SOPs to ensure process adherence and inventory accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Comply with all company policies
• Possess physical dexterity sufficient to accomplish required tasks
• Perform simple math and use weight scales as needed
• Operate equipment safely and wear PPE as required
• Maintain cooperative attitude toward coworkers and management
• Be available to work long hours and weekends, as needed
• Adhere to quality policy to deliver high-quality products on time and at value
• Strive for continual improvement in department processes
• Other duties as required

Department Task Overview

• Inbound: Container unloading, freight palletization, pallet sortation, equipment operation with authorization (Pacer, Clamp, Motorized Pallet Jack, Reach), dock “Pacer” function, putaway/duties, and manual inventory verification counts
• Outbound: Pallet building, running, manual trailer loading, pallet loading, manual and motorized pallet jacks usage, inventory verification counts, stacking/restacking, freight palletization and shipment preparation, equipment operation with authorization
• Processing: Equipment operation with authorization; order fulfillment; autostore tasks (detrashing, picking, packing); full pallet picking and replenishment; RAFT and bulk storage retrieval; putwall induction and packing
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Demands

• Standing/walking for extended periods
• Repetitive motion; bending, stooping, pushing, pulling
• Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs; team lifts over 50 lbs
• Able to work in various temperature conditions
