Job summary

IFF is seeking a Material Handler in South Brunswick, NJ, working a night shift from 11:30pm to 7:50am. You will pick stock safely, weigh batches, and maintain inventory accuracy while supporting production quality.

Bring forklift certification, experience in warehouse operations, and familiarity with SAP and RF scanning. You will follow GMP, AIB, and ISO guidelines and contribute to a safe, organized warehouse and reliable material flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Previous experience in a warehouse or materials handling environment
• Forklift truck license or certification
• Working knowledge of computer systems and warehouse technology
• Ability to accurately pick, weigh, and document materials
• Understanding of or ability to learn GMP/AIB/ISO requirements
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick materials and weigh out batches according to production requirements
• Locate and move stock safely while maintaining productivity, quality, and accountability
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper material handling throughout the shift
• Perform RF scanner activities and complete SAP transactions correctly

• Operate material handling equipment, including forklift trucks, in a safe manner

As Material Handler you will complete all assigned work including picking stock in a safe accountable manner and ensures associated stock accuracy where applicable during the shift. If you have experience in warehouse and materials this is for you! This position is located in South Brunswick, NJ for shift 11:30pm to7:50am.
