We are currently seeking a full-time Material Handler/Stacker to join our team in our manufacturing facility. This role works 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for moving materials throughout the plant and staging production areas.
2. Responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and system transactions.
3. Maintain the stacking areas and stack for up to 4 to 5 lines.
4. Operate equipment within company established rates.
5. Ensure cleaning and sanitation of equipment and areas.
6. Palletize and stack products according to required configurations.
7. Open boxes and containers using proper techniques and utensils.
8. Maintain quality control per company guidelines.
9. Perform all duties in accordance with safety guidelines.
10. Dispose of trash and clean work areas thoroughly.
11. Complete all assigned tasks by supervisors.
12. Participate in factory teams.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Prior certification for forklift, electric pallet jack, and hand jack operation.
• Team player willing to assist in all areas.
• Proficient with computer use; familiar with SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in manufacturing, preferably in food or beverage industry with GMP knowledge.
• Sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently or in a team with good communication skills.
• Willing to work in varying temperatures (hold & cold).
• Ability to safely move/lift 50 lbs, and basic math and reading skills.
• 3 months of Nestlé factory experience preferred.
