Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is seeking a Weekend Material Handler to join the El Paso, TX team. The role supports assembly, order picking, and shipping/receiving to ensure timely order fulfillment and adherence to quality standards.

The position offers a Sunday through Friday-ish shift pattern with a 6:00am–6:45pm schedule and eligibility for a variable incentive plan. Benefits include health/dental/vision and retirement programs, with paid time off and tuition assistance where applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• No immigration sponsorship or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT plans offered.
• Within 50 miles of El Paso, TX; relocation not offered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality by seeking improvements in all position functions.
• Perform quality checks as products move through production.
• Receive and process material kitting orders to support production schedules.
• Complete inventory transactions with accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklifts, order pickers, pallet wrappers).
• Lead 5S discipline for the assigned warehouse area.
• Prepare finished products for shipment with proper packaging and documentation.
