Watts Water Technologies in Germantown, WI is seeking a dedicated warehouse team member to pick, pack, and ship customer orders in our on-site facility.
You will use RF scanners, operate forklifts, and collaborate across departments to maintain accurate inventories while following safety procedures. Prior warehouse or material handling experience is preferred.

This highly motivated individual, as part of the Shipping department, will be responsible for picking, packing and shipping customer orders along with continuing development within the department. This position reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor. This role is onsite and is based in Germantown, WI.
High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
Basic computer skills.
Must be comfortable with heights, as this role may require picking product from high racks in the warehouse.
Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable.
Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.
While performing the job duties, you will be working on-site in a manufacturing facility. You will be required to work at the Company’s location in Germantown, WI. Your scheduled work hours will be communicated to you by your manager.
