The schedule for this shift is Friday - Sunday and every other Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.

JOB SUMMARY:
Working under minimal supervision, the employee will act as the lead in the absence of the Supervisor. Responsible for ensuring accuracy in SAP at all times. Following department procedures, the employee should be able to perform at least three of the following jobs: RTS (Return to Stock), stockroom, cycle counts, WIP support, shipping, receiving inspection, or receiving. Responsibilities include reconciling inventory variances and making adjustments as necessary. The employee will report line record accuracy to the Supervisor and Manager. Occasionally, they will act as a liaison between Production Control, Production Management, and the Production line for inventory or shortage issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Stockroom / RTS:
- Put material away in the stockrooms using RF scanners in SAP and verify the associated transaction on the system.
- Pull kits and split them as required using the system-based kit pull procedure.
- Scan kits to the G drive and pull shortages to ensure they are complete.
- Count all the material coming back from the line to ensure the system's accuracy.
- Maintain organized box build areas and keep all their kanbans full of material.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including physical and system movement of material within operations, cycle counting, completing material disposition reports, and accurately backflushing material in the ERP system.
Receiving:
- Follow the receiving procedure located on ISO documents.
- Validate carton counts against the bill of lading for all deliveries, match packing to each lot material, and note any exceptions.
- Sign for all material delivered to the receiving dock once validated against the bill of lading.
- Validate purchase order, part number, quantity, and supplier, and complete the receipt to dock for production materials using the system.
- Perform de-trash shipments as required to eliminate trash in the stockroom or on the production line.
- Follow the receiving procedure for inspection, verify packing slip, receipt, and inventory quantities before passing inspection, and perform SAP transactions to move material as needed. Obtain Quality Control Inspection certification based on IPC’s Standard-A-610 and maintain annual re-certification.
Shipping:
- Follow the receiving procedure located on ISO documents.
- Understand shipping procedures and documentation for both domestic and international shipments.
- Schedule or manage transportation carriers using Jabil or customer carriers, following corporate guidelines.
- Perform physical movements, systems transactions, and verifications accurately and safely.
- Support work cells during month-end shipments, which may require extra hours.
- Operate any required material handling equipment.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
- Effective communication skills for interacting with managers, clients, customers, and the public.
- Problem-solving skills, including data collection and analysis.
- Proficiency with Windows OS and related software, including Jabil’s software packages.
- Ability to write simple correspondence and understand visual aids.
- Ability to follow simple instructions and deal with standardized situations.
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and interpretation of graphs.
