Job summary

Lindar in Minnesota is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the efficient flow of materials and finished products through the manufacturing and warehouse processes.

You will operate forklifts, move materials, receive and sort shipments, and prepare boxes for shipment, while using IQMS for scanning and shipping paperwork.

The role requires strong organization, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, adherence to safety standards, and a team‑oriented mindset in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are required.

Responsibilities

  • Moves materials throughout the facility using forklift, truck, or similar equipment.
  • Receives, sorts, and distributes incoming materials and checks contents against bills of lading.
  • Loads and unloads delivery vehicles and inspects for damage.
  • Delivers raw materials to designated areas and prepares them for storage or shipment.
  • Packs, wraps, and attaches shipping paperwork; maintains organized storage areas.
  • Ensures all warehouse product is secure and follows FIFO using scanning tools.

  • Pay or shift range: $19 USD to $24 USD

Description

Facilitates the efficient flow of raw materials and finished products throughout the entire manufacturing/warehouse process.

8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:
  • Moves materials throughout the facility with a forklift, truck, or similar equipment manual or motorized.
  • Receives, sorts, and distributes incoming materials and checks contents against bills of lading and packing list. Reports shortages and overages of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Loads and unloads delivery vehicles with finished products, raw materials and other items. Inspect incoming and outgoing product for broken seals and damage.
  • Delivers raw materials (plastic, boxes, and pallets) to designated racking and or/areas.
  • Packs and wraps boxes or other materials for shipment and attaches appropriate documentation.
  • Organizes storage areas and maintains proper housekeeping standards.
  • Ensures all warehouse product is secure.
  • Practices FIFO while using the scanning tools provided to scan all material and finished goods
  • Locks out trucks according for safety using the tools provided
  • Operate IQMS shipping and prepares shipping paperwork (ex. BOL, Manifest, Fedex, UPS)
Desired Qualifications:
