Summary/Objective: Provide material coordination support

Essential Functions

• The Shift Lead is responsible for overall work performed by all the Materials Handlers.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook.
• Perform physical receiving, storing, assembling for issue, shipment, and distribution of supplies, materials, equipment, and commodities using mechanized, automated, and manual equipment.
• Log receipts, storage, and shipment data; use manual or mechanized equipment to move, stack, bin, and position materials and equipment.
• Organize, arrange, and remove stock in storage areas following established procedures to prevent damage, deterioration, and loss.
• Regularly use hand lifts and mail processing systems to handle incoming and outgoing mail/parcels, maintaining accurate records for manifesting and metering systems.
