Job summary

NewView Oklahoma is seeking a Material Handler to support BrightKey, Inc. by screening mail, packages, and freight for USDA headquarters in the National Capital Region. At a secure off-site facility, you will receive, break down, stage, and track items to keep deliveries moving.

You will maintain chain-of-custody records and prepare freight for screening, aiming for delivery by 3:00 p.m. ET each day, while following SOPs and the ISO 9001:2015 quality system.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred; background check required.
• Experience in warehouse, mailroom, or shipping is preferred.
• Able to follow security procedures in a sensitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, break down, stage, and track parcels and pallets.
• Log items into the custody tracking system.
• Move items between intake, screening, holding, and release areas.
• Maintain chain of custody and prepare items for delivery by 3:00 p.m. ET.
• Follow SOPs and ISO 9001:2015 quality system; maintain clean, safe work areas.
