Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a warehouse/material handler in California. You will maintain inventory, label stock, and record locations while pulling materials and verifying lists. Use tablets and scanners for tracking and ensure accurate distribution of items.

You may load/unload items up to 50 lbs and operate a pallet jack (certified). A positive, learn-fast attitude is essential in this fast-paced role.

• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form.
• Ability to understand safety requirements and cautions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory and record location of materials and supplies.
• Locate material from any area by pulling and verifying material lists.
• Operate tablet and scanner to track items.
• Be accountable for material distribution and track locations.
• Load and unload materials from pallets and boxes; load up to 50 lbs; certify pallet jack.
• Maintain a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and multitask.

• Maintain inventory identifiable by labeling and placing material and supplies in stock and must be able to record keep location of inventory
• Locate material and supplies from any area by pulling and verifying material and supplies list
• Able to use tablet and scanner
• Must be accountable for material/supplies distribution and be able to track material locations
• Operate pallet jack (needs to be certified)
• Load and unload materials and merchandise from AGVs; boxes, trays, bins (boxes may way up to 50 lbs)
• Positive attitude - have a positive can-do attitude every day.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to multitask.
