Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution preferred.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to the facility for the assigned shift.
• Willingness to work overtime on Saturdays.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.
• Must pass criminal background check.
• Must be available to work the full shift as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack orders according to work instructions and system prompts.
• Inspect product for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and surrounding area.
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets as set by site management.
• Follow all health, safety, and Geodis site policies.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems as required.
• Participate in team huddles, safety walks, and continuous improvement activities.
• Adhere to strict attendance and punctuality requirements.
