Job summary

Ferrellgas is seeking a Part-Time Material Handler in Paragould, AR. You will work primarily outdoors on the dock, inspecting, filling, loading, and unloading propane cylinders and tanks for drivers and customers.

This hands-on role supports safe operations and requires physical activity and teamwork. The position offers hands-on training, a supportive team, and opportunities to grow within a trusted national company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 1+ year of work experience is preferred; training provided for the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and load propane cylinders and tanks.
• Fill customer cylinders at the dock (when applicable).
• Scrape and paint tanks/cylinders as needed to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Keep the yard, plant, and office areas clean and professional in appearance.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and sharing product/service information.
