Job summary

Ferrellgas in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Full-Time Material Handler to work outdoors on the dock, inspecting, loading, and unloading propane cylinders and tanks for our delivery drivers and customers. This physically active role supports safe operations and reliability.

The position requires 18+ years old with a valid driver's license, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and the willingness to work in all weather conditions. We provide hands-on training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in all weather conditions.
• 1+ year of work experience (preferred); training provided for right candidate.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and providing excellent customer service.
• Citizen/National status or eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and load propane cylinders and tanks.
• Fill customer cylinders at the dock (when applicable).
• Scrape and paint tanks/cylinders as needed to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Keep the yard, plant, and office areas clean and professional in appearance.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and sharing product information.
