Job Description

We are seeking a Material Handler/Painter with the desire to advance in manufacturing. Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and take pride in your work. This position involves high volume and product diversity.

Requirements

• 1+ years of forklift experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with a manufacturing environment is desirable

Tasks

• Handling steel beams, galvanized C/Z channels, and panel sheeting up to 50 feet long
• Loading materials onto trucks (12' - 53' in length)
• Full coverage painting using a paint sprayer
• Labeling beams according to job/part numbers
• Minor repair work such as rust removal with wire wheel
• Spooling cabling, cutting cables, and transferring to departments
• Driving, maintaining, and caring for forklifts
• Daily inventory checks of jobs loaded and painted/staged
• Maintaining consistent and punctual attendance
