Material Handler Warehouse Operator (FOT) Indirect

Join us as a Material Handler Warehouse Operator (FOT) Indirect at Terumo BCT, Inc.

Location: Littleton, CO, US

Employment Type: Full-time, Entry level

Schedule: Thursday-Saturday, 5:00PM-5:30AM, every other Wednesday

Job Summary

This role involves accurately identifying, controlling, and moving stocks within the plant, recording movements in computer systems, performing inventory counts, and assisting in root cause analysis of discrepancies.

Essential Duties

• Identify and control all materials within the facility.
• Transport, lift, stock, and deliver materials manually around the plant.
• Record transactions in computer systems accurately.
• Support various departments with material needs for ECOs, samples, and projects.
• Assist in resolving material handling and inventory issues.
• Perform inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Manage recycling programs and ensure safety and compliance with policies.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• No prior experience required; SAP ERP experience and high-volume manufacturing experience are preferred.

Skills and Certifications

• Attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Ability to operate tools and equipment, learn ERP systems, and communicate effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain PIT licensing.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, handle hazardous materials safely, and work in various environmental conditions, including clean rooms and outdoors.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly pay range: $18.00 - $22.00, with a target bonus of 7%. We offer comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and wellness programs.
