Siemens in Wendell, NC is hiring a Material Handler Level I for the MCC – New PACS Facility. The role involves moving materials, receiving, shipping, storage, picking, and inventory control using SAP and RF scanners. Shift is 6:00 AM–2:30 PM with an hourly rate of $19.00.

Candidates should have 3+ years in warehousing, forklift experience, and basic English proficiency. Preferred candidates may have a High School Diploma or GED, SAP experience, RF scanner familiarity, and MS Office skills.

Formación

• 3+ years’ experience in warehousing material management
• 2+ years’ experience operating forklifts, order pickers, and stand-up material-handling equipment
• Ability to lift parts or sub-assemblies up to 50 lbs
• Basic proficiency in English, reading, writing, speaking
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsabilidades

• Operate stand-up reach trucks, order pickers, and sit-down forklifts in high-traffic areas and narrow aisles; unload and receive production materials and record receipts in SAP.
• Count and verify incoming materials in the storeroom and pick materials for internal and external customers using RF scanners.
• Pack and ship materials to prevent damage, load outgoing shipments, and provide required shipment documents to drivers.
• Use hand tools, including battery-powered, electrical, and air-powered tools, in support of material-handling activities.
• Follow safety rules and identify opportunities for improvement; complete duties independently and as assigned by management.

**We are looking for a Material Handler Level I to join our MCC – New PACS Facility. This position will be based in Wendell, NC.**

As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for the efficient movement of materials, including receiving, shipping, storage, picking, delivery, and inventory management.

**Shift Hours:** 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

**Hourly Rate:** $19.00

Basic Qualifications

• + 3+ years’ experience in warehousing material management
• + 2+ years’ experience operating forklifts, order pickers, and stand-up material-handling equipment.
• + Ability to lift parts or sub-assemblies that weigh up to 50 lbs.
• + Basic proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
• + Applicants must be legally authorized for employment within the United States without the need for current or future employer – sponsored work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications

• + High School Diploma or GED
• + Experience with SAP system
• + Experience with radio-frequency (RF) Scanner devices
• + Proficient with MS Office applications including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook

You’ll make an impact by:

• + Follow established safety rules, processes, and methods and identify improvement opportunities.
• + Complete assigned material-handling duties independently and perform additional duties assigned by Supervisor or Management.
