Material Handler / Packaging Technician
Hebron, OH

Work Schedule:

12-hour Night Shift - Every Other Weekend Off

Starting Pay Rate:

$21.50 Some positions include overtime pay built into the schedule.

Pay Rate Progression – with no safety or attendance disqualifiers.

1. $22.75: Successful completion of qualifications (approx. 4 months)
2. $23.75: Successful completion of remaining qualifications (approx. 12 months)

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operates forklift and other warehouse machinery
• Safely loads product onto different containers or trailers while ensuring product securement
• Performs a quality control verification by inspecting containers for damage
• Reviews and/or completes paperwork and labels for accuracy
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment at all times
• Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience is a plus but not required, and paid on-the-job training is available
• A valid Driver’s License is required
• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
• Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.
