Job summary

Lippert Components, Inc. is seeking a reliable Material Handler to support daily production needs. The role involves pulling OP materials, staging completed parts, and assisting with shortages while following safety and 5S practices. Outdoor exposure, physical activity, and working with conveyors are expected.

You will work under manufacturing leaders, coordinate with material coordinators, and help maintain accurate inventories to keep production flowing smoothly in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED (not necessary).
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• LCI Forklift License required (Offered once hired).

Responsibilities

• Picks and scans material to fulfill production needs.
• Delivers completed part box or hot parts to staging areas or plant.
• Reports inventory issues to Leader and aids in locating parts.
• Identifies and locates all parts per procedures.
• Meets division metrics and participates in daily safety huddles.
• Performs maintenance checks and supports 5S and safety policies.
