EVERSANA is seeking a Material Handler Operations Lead for the 2nd shift to support the Supervisor in daily warehouse activities. You will help manage workflow, inventories and ensure adherence to safety and SOPs in a fast-paced environment in Memphis.

Job Description

THE POSITION: The Material Handler Operations Lead will assist the Supervisor in the 2nd Shift day to day operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Operations Supervisor in the day to day operations
• Ensuring work is accomplished effectively by managing employee performance, work processes and other resources
• Ensure all safety rules and procedures are followed
• Responsible for and oversee their respective department
• Monitor the activities of the department staff; communicate interpret and discuss with team the company policies and procedures
• Determine job objectives, work methods and performance standards - Ensure team members are following all SOPs and meeting productivity requirements
• Managing inventory displays

Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Ability to work in team environment
• Ability to focus on detail and quality
• Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
• Ability to efficiently use IT hardware, software and peripherals as it pertains to the performance of daily tasks
• Critical Skills: Working knowledge of Material Handling issues
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written and verbal)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Licenses/Certificates: Forklift certified - Technology/Equipment
