EVERSANA is seeking a Materials Handler Operations Lead to support 1st shift, assisting the Supervisor with daily operations in a fast-paced environment in Memphis, TN. You will help manage staff, processes and resources while ensuring safety, accuracy and adherence to SOPs.

Job Description

THE POSITION:

The Material Handler Operations Lead will assist the Supervisor in the 1st Shift day to day operations.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Supervisor in the day to day operations
• Ensuring work is accomplished effectively by managing employee performance, work processes and other resources
• Ensure all safety rules and procedures are followed
• Responsible for and oversee their respective department
• Monitor the activities of the department staff; communicate interpret and discuss with team the company policies and procedures
• Determine job objectives, work methods and performance standards - Ensure team members are following all SOPs and meeting productivity requirements
• Managing inventory displays

Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
