Job summary

Vivid Impact in Louisville, KY seeks a Material Handler to support our On Demand Printing Department. You will replenish materials, receive deliveries, and move in-progress jobs between departments to keep production on schedule.

Work 1st shift, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with a pay rate of $18.00–$20.00 per hour. Candidates should be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and using a tablet for inventory tracking.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in material handling, warehouse operations, or a similar role is required.
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) is required.
• Experience operating material-handling equipment such as pallet jacks or carts.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and cycle counting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Replenish and organize materials throughout the facility using pallet jacks and rolling carts.
• Receive newly delivered materials and place them in designated locations.
• Transfer in-progress jobs to the correct departments.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy using a tablet (iPad).
• Lift and handle boxes of paper up to 70 lbs.
• Communicate effectively with press operators and receiving associates to ensure smooth workflow.
• Perform other tasks as required by the On Demand Team Leader.
