Job summary

Wavepoint 3PL is seeking experienced Material Handlers to join our warehouse team. You will operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, use RF scanners to pick, move, stage and track products, and ensure accurate order fulfillment.

We offer weekly pay, paid time off, benefits, and a 401(k) match. Ideal candidates have forklift experience, RF scanner familiarity, strong safety focus, and can lift 10–50 lbs in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience—listed on resume.
• RF scanner/warehouse technology experience.
• Strong attendance and safety focus.
• Able to lift 10-50 lbs.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures.
• Able to read, speak and understand English to follow safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down & stand-up forklifts.
• Use RF scanners to pick, move, stage & track products.
• Load, unload, stack & stage materials.
• Pick customer orders accurately.
• Verify quantities, lot numbers & shipping documents.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and product locations.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• May assist in manual product assembly and packaging if needed.
