Fusion Transport is seeking full-time Forklift Operators in Northampton, PA for a fast-paced 3PL and cross-dock facility. This is year-round work with 40+ hours weekly and room to grow within the operation.

You will perform daily forklift inspections, move material with an RF gun, and log movements in the WMS. A high school diploma and 1–2 years of material handling are required, with ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of material handling experience.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Complete daily forklift inspections.
• Move material to/from stock to manufacturing lines using RF Gun.
• Accurately transact all material movements in real time into WMS.
• Shrink wrap and stage in the appropriate area.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout building including pallet organization, emptying of dumpsters and loading of recyclable material into dunnage trailer.
• Be in constant communication with other team members and leadership to understand their needs and status of current and future jobs.
• Movement of inventory and non-inventory pallets to ensure efficient operations.
• Perform accurate Cycle Counts and any requested counts.
