Job summary

Tecan is seeking a dedicated Material Handler/MRB Coordinator in Morgan Hill, CA to ensure materials are safely received, stored and tracked to support manufacturing while coordinating MRB for nonconforming materials.

You will work with Quality, Engineering, Production and Purchasing to resolve discrepancies, maintain records in systems like Manex and Spotlight, and ensure a clean, safe work environment for materials weighing 20–40 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in material handling, warehouse, stockroom or manufacturing operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Experience using inventory management systems (Manex, Spotlight) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, unload, move and stage materials with appropriate equipment.
• Receive, inspect, store, pick, pack and distribute materials per procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and complete material transactions.
• Handle MRB activities, documentation and disposition of nonconforming materials.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Production and Purchasing on material discrepancies.
• Maintain MRB documentation and communicate material status updates.
