What you’ll do:
Perform tasks including ordering, filling, kitting, stocking, loading, and inspecting orders accurately. The role requires frequently lifting and moving at least 40 pounds, climbing ladders up to 20 feet, and wearing safety equipment.

  • Maintain valid forklift license, including daily maintenance logs and proper equipment upkeep
  • Use ERP/MRP and barcode scanners proficiently
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock transfers
  • Plan and order materials based on operational schedules
  • Organize materials efficiently and identify damaged items
  • Transport materials using tools like pallet jacks and forklifts
  • Communicate shortages and assist with heavy lifting as needed
  • Participate in quality improvements and maintain good housekeeping
  • Support safety standards and complete administrative tasks
  • Willing to work overtime on short notice and participate in physical inventories
  • Apply damage parts procedures effectively

What you need to be successful:
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Familiarity with line set practices and handling methods
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent
