Job summary

Unicity USA Inc. in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to receive, record, and organize incoming materials and ensure safe storage.

The role supports inventory control and helps meet operational needs across departments. You will pack and prepare outgoing shipments, verify orders, conduct regular inventory counts, and work with a team to optimize stock levels while maintaining accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar role is preferred.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and inspect materials for quality and quantity.
• Capable of lifting and moving heavy items and standing for extended periods.
• Strong communication and teamwork to collaborate with a diverse team.
• Organizational skills and maintaining a clean, orderly workspace.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and ensure proper storage.
• Pack and prepare outgoing shipments, verify orders for accuracy.
• Check incoming shipments for damages and process into inventory systems.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and update records to prevent shortages or excesses.

Responsibilities

Material Management Receive inspect and accurately record incoming materials Organize and maintain inventory ensuring proper storage and adherence to safety guidelines Shipping and Receiving Prepare outgoing shipments packing items securely and verifying orders for accuracy Receive incoming shipments check for damages and process items into inventory systems Inventory Control Conduct regular inventory counts update records and track material usage to prevent shortages or excesses Collaborate with the team to optimize inventory levels Operational Support Collaborate with various departments to meet their material needs and support operational efficiency Assist in resolving any discrepancies in shipments or materials

Requirements

Experience Previous experience in a warehouse logistics or similar role is preferred Attention to Detail Ability to maintain accurate records and inspect materials for quality and quantity Physical Fitness Capable of lifting and moving heavy items as well as standing for extended periods Team Player Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team Organizational Skills Proficient in organizing materials and maintaining a clean orderly workspace
