Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) in Warwick, RI is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to support warehouse operations within the Logistics Department. You will perform shipping, receiving, storage, picking, checking, and loading duties, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring a safe work environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of warehouse experience, forklift/stock picker familiarity, and proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and JD Edwards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse work experience required.
• Forklift and stock picker experience preferred.
• Proficiency with computer applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and JD Edwards.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, including UPS WorldShip, FedEx, and LTL shipping procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping, receiving, storage, picking, checking, and loading duties following SOPs and MOPs.
• Maintain accurate records and inventory balances through proper transactions.
• Operate warehouse equipment including sit-down forklifts, stock pickers, and RF scanners.
• Conduct safety checks and maintain equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety policies.
