Job summary

Siemens Mobility in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Material Handler Level 2 to support efficient movement of materials, receiving, shipping, storage, picking, delivery, and inventory management. Shift hours are 6:00am - 2:30pm with an hourly rate of $20.36.

This onsite role requires forklift experience and SAP proficiency. You will unload, count, verify incoming materials, and perform cycle counts while complying with safety and process standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in material management (warehousing).
• 4+ years’ experience driving a forklift, order picker and stand up.
• 2+ years of experience with packing and crating.
• 1+ years of experience with cranes.
• Must be able to lift parts or sub-assemblies that weigh up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with SAP system
• Basic proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Safely operating stand-up reach trucks, stand-up order pickers, and sit-down forklifts in high-traffic areas and narrow aisles; inspecting equipment daily.
• Unloading, receiving, counting, and verifying incoming production materials, recording data in SAP.
• Picking materials for internal and external customers using RF scanners with count accuracy.
• Performing daily cycle counts and efficiently packing and shipping materials damage-free.
• Adhering to safety rules, following established processes, and seeking improvement opportunities.
• Strong attention to detail while meeting deadlines
• Working as a great teammate and completing other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management.

We are looking for a Material Handler Level 2 to join our team. This position will be based at Knightdale, NC.

As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for the efficient movement of materials, including receiving, shipping, storage, picking, delivery, and inventory management.

Shift Hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm

Hourly Rate: $20.36

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• 4+ years’ experience in material management (warehousing).
