Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing experience required; Machine Operator qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Safely move raw materials, work in process (WIP), finished goods and scrap materials throughout the facility.
• Replenish materials using signals, order cards, and other replenishment systems.
• Perform a pre-shift inspection of material handling equipment and document issues.
• Perform a visual inspection of all incoming material and report quality issues to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain Kanbans and communicate issues to Material Purchasing Group.
• Participate in LEAN Manufacturing events and support LEAN Manufacturing programs.
• Follow all plant safety rules and Berry values.
• Other activities as assigned by Supervisor or Leads.
