Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years’ inventory MRP systems experience, Excel, Word, Email.
• 2 years in heavy manufacturing or industrial warehouse environment.
• Experience operating forklifts, overhead cranes, and other mobile/heavy equipment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read or learn blueprints, fabrication drawings, and verify dimensional requirements.
• 2 years’ Inventory control and cycle counting experience required.
• Basic math skills for material calculations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong dependability and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Inventory control, cycle counting and overall material management.
• All shipping and receiving duties, including documentation, bills of lading, etc.
• Perform visual quality checks
• Operate forklifts, powered hand tools, and overhead cranes.
• General manual labor tasks including lifting, pulling, carrying, sweeping, cleaning, and moving materials.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment
• Verify incoming shipments against invoices and orders for accuracy
• Keep management aware of product shortages to maintain accuracy
• Organize inventory within warehouse by boxing and storing goods
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings and work instructions.
• Follow safety rules and regulatory standards.
