Westaff is hiring Material Handlers in West Boylston, MA to support kitting, packing, labeling, and overall material movement in a light industrial environment. Immediate start with 1st shift 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday, at $18/hour.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork in groups of 2–8, and light assembly tasks as needed. Westaff offers weekly pay and basic benefits to support your work.

Qualifications

• Experience in light manufacturing or warehousing preferred.
• Ability to lift and move parts and products.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform kitting and packing of small and large parts
• Bag, box, and label materials according to instructions
• Conduct general inspection of parts and materials
• Move materials using mobile carts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Work from verbal and written instructions
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
• Collaborate effectively with team members in groups of 2–8
• Support light, entry level assembly tasks as needed
