Westaff is hiring Material Handlers in West Boylston, MA to support kitting, packing, labeling, and overall material movement in a light industrial environment. Immediate start with 1st shift 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday, at $18/hour.

Qualifications

Experience in light manufacturing or warehousing preferred.
Ability to lift and move parts and products.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

Perform kitting and packing of small and large parts
Bag, box, and label materials according to instructions
Conduct general inspection of parts and materials
Move materials using mobile carts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
Work from verbal and written instructions
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
Collaborate effectively with team members in groups of 2–8
Support light, entry level assembly tasks as needed
