Job summary

Westaff is looking for Material Handler/Kitting Associates in the West Boylston, MA area for Immediate Start! The role supports kitting, packing, labeling and general material movement in a light industrial production environment.

Shifts: 1st, 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday. Pay: $18/hour. Benefits include weekly pay, online skill-building courses and medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitting, packing and labeling processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform kitting and packing of small and large parts
• Bag, box, and label materials according to instructions
• Conduct general inspection of parts and materials
• Move materials using mobile carts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Work from verbal and written instructions
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
• Collaborate effectively with team members in groups of 2–8
• Support light, entry level assembly tasks as needed
