Ascentek in Minnesota is seeking a reliable Warehouse/Material Handler for first and second shifts. Responsibilities include receiving, storing, and distributing materials, maintaining accurate inventory, and preparing orders for shipment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, production schedules, and established procedures.
• Forklift certification recommended but not required.
• Experience with warehouse software and ERP systems.
• Ability to lift 25–60 lbs and work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments and verify materials against orders and tickets.
• Inspect incoming materials for damage and discrepancies; communicate issues.
• Receive materials into inventory and place in storage locations.
• Review production schedules to determine material requirements.
• Pick, deliver, and stage materials for production and shipments.
• Load/unload freight with forklifts and other equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in cycle counts.
• Communicate shortages and issues to supervisors; ensure safety procedures.
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, and shipping teams; attend safety meetings.
