Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Material Handler 2 to support Production and inventory control across warehousing tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include receiving, put-away, replenishment, kitting, packing, and order fulfillment for internal customers and engineering projects.

Role emphasizes FIFO, lean principles, GWP compliance, and continuous improvement. Collaboration with Production teams and cross-functional groups is essential to maintain accuracy and timely material movement.

Qualifications

• Basic material-handling in warehouse duties
• Support production operations (Sustaining and NPI)
• Conform to Good Warehouse Practices (GWP) and 5S principles

Responsibilities

• Receiving materials, physically and systemically; used in production operations and engineering projects
• Put-away into market storage locations; FIFO when putting away, picking and replenishment
• Kitting via SPP process; pack out, route running, cross dock as needed
• Process STOs, VLM orders, and sales orders; maintain inventory accuracy
• Able to locate/count parts using cycle-count documents and input WMS data; communicate status to internal customers
• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives and achieve warehouse certifications
