Job summary

Sensient Technologies is seeking a Material Handler to support warehouse operations in Illinois. The role focuses on moving materials, managing inventory, and ensuring accurate records to maintain a smooth flow of goods.

You will operate forklifts, load/unload freight, and collaborate with Inventory Control and Warehouse Supervisors to uphold ISO9001 standards and safety guidelines. This position offers consistent daytime hours and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of inventory operations and forklift experience required.
• AS400 operation desirable.
• Excellent communication and math skills.
• Ability to label, weigh, and dimension freight and record damaged shipments.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload inbound and outbound freight and manage inventory to maximize storage capacity.
• Enter and maintain real-time inventory records and ensure 95%+ accuracy.
• Be responsible for inventory rotation and inspection, label shipments and products.
• Prepare shipments and complete required documentation.
• Work with Inventory Control and Supervisors to follow ISO9001 and safety standards.
