Job summary

Alfa Laval seeks a Material Handler to manage inventory and material flow, including shipping/receiving, delivering materials to production teams, and processing paperwork. You will load/unload freight, perform cycle counts, and ensure quality standards across shifts.

The role requires hands-on operation of forklifts and other equipment, adherence to safety policies, and collaboration with Team Leads to maintain efficient production workflows in Tulsa/Broken Arrow, OK.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in materials handling or a related role.
• Basic math and measurement reading skills.
• Safety-conscious with ability to follow procedures and training.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and material flow, including shipping/receiving and moving materials to production areas.
• Perform cycle counts and update system transactions accurately.
• Process paperwork and maintain documentation for shipments and receipts.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Coordinate with teams for timely material delivery and production support.
• Support onboarding and training of new staff and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
