Job summary

Clair Global is seeking a Material Handler to support the manufacturing facility by counting, inspecting, and storing materials, and moving them to production areas to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory, conducting cycle counts, and assisting with shipping and receiving while upholding safety and organized work areas in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Accurately maintain inventory records in the ERP system.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
• Transport materials between storage areas and production areas; document movements and inventory adjustments.
• Ensure continuous material availability to prevent production delays.
• Communicate material shortages, overages, and issues to supervisors.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to maintain smooth material flow.
• Keep storage areas and workstations organized and safe.
• Follow safety policies and properly handle hazardous materials when applicable.
• Assist during peak periods or staffing shortages.
