Job Summary

Working under minimal supervision, the individual will act as the lead in the absence of the supervisor. Responsible for ensuring accuracy in SAP at all times. Following department procedures, the candidate should be able to perform at least three of the following roles: RTS (Return to Stock), stockroom, cycle counts, WIP support, shipping, receiving inspection, or receiving. Reconcile inventory variances and make adjustments accordingly. Report line record accuracy to supervisor and manager. Occasionally, serve as a liaison between production control, management, and the production line regarding inventory or shortages.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Stockroom / RTS: Put material away using RF scanners in SAP, verify transactions, pull kits, split kits, scan kits to G drive, count materials, maintain organized build areas, and perform other related duties.
• Receiving: Follow ISO procedures, validate deliveries against bills of lading, sign for materials, validate purchase orders, and perform related tasks.
• Receiving Inspection: Follow inspection procedures, verify packing slips, perform SAP transactions, and obtain QC certification.
• Shipping: Follow shipping procedures, manage transportation, and perform physical and system movements of materials.

Support work cells during month-end shipments, operate material handling equipment as needed.
