Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a Material Handler II at the Kearney Warehouse to operate powered equipment and move donated items in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and customer service as staff assist with receiving and shipping operations.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts and balers, sorting recyclables, maintaining inventory, and preparing shipments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous storage, moving or shipping/receiving experience is preferred.
• Able to obtain Powered Equipment Operator certification and forklift certification.
• Lift up to 45 lbs unassisted and up to 75 lbs with assistance.
• Varied schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays may be required.

Responsabilités

• Operate equipment such as forklift, baler, and compactor to move and store donated product.
• Sort recyclable materials into proper bins.
• Load/unload and stage trucks and trailers.
• Maintain warehouse organization and accurate inventory in staging areas.
• Prepare items for shipment and ensure safe, clean work area.
