Job summary

The Oshkosh Corporation is seeking a Material Handler at our Murfreesboro, TN facility to support accurate receiving, stocking, delivery and shipping of materials. You will operate material handling equipment and help maintain inventory with precise cycle counts in JDE.

Responsibilities include maintaining a safe, clean 6S environment and collaborating across teams to ensure on-time material flow. This is a full-time, day shift opportunity with a leading manufacturer of refuse trucks and service

Qualifications

• 3+ years or more relevant experience or a high school diploma or equivalent education.
• Forklift certification to operate forklift/tugger safely and efficiently.
• Strong focus on accuracy and ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, deliver, and ship materials to support production and sales orders.
• Safely operate material handling equipment and maintain a clean 6S work area.
• Perform cycle counts and update the JDE ERP system; rectify inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor Kanban cards and ensure accurate parts availability for production.
• Lift up to 35 pounds and collaborate with others to move parts around the facility.
